It's always great to hear when someone in the Commonwealth beats a LIDAR ticket. I’m especially delighted at the number of times the officer answered with “I don’t know”.
Where in MA and what court?
I have a friend who was contemplating fighting a ticket (you know the type - "it's not worth my time" etc.). I explained the basics on what he should do and actually gave him the newsletter you're talking about above, hoping that he'd use that same article in his defense.
Ultimately, he did not fight the ticket - oh well. Did I mention that he’s a [real estate] lawyer?
