The first 10 MPH is $100 and each 1 MPH is $10.

You can argue its $50 surcharge and then $50 for the first 10 MPH, but then you'll have paid the surcharge TWICE in most officers' calculation when they ADD $50 in.Stick to the printed fine schedule
