Its sounds like you need to contact the GPS manufacturer for the certifying of the instrument. When it was made is YOUR testimony, so you'll have to certify its was during and prior tot he stop. your speed drop to 0 just after being pulled over?
WHAT LIDAR gun was used? Where in OHIO.
I have an older OHIO LTI MArksman, it was mis-aligned when I got it. Not that it helps YOUR case, but it shows some equipment isn't as accurate as they thought it should have been.
