Pmoth's car is easily picked up by the Stalker LZ1 from 600ft down. But thats cause I know exactly where to aim. (Driver side headlight with the plate right under it. I would think adding some VEIL to his plate along with his lasershield could improve the performance.
Though a non informed cop who didn't know Pmoth had a jammer would be struggling and it would give him the time he needs to slow down
