Are they that hardup for money that they have to charge people for gas money?

Had no choice? They didn't test it against the Trafficpatrol XR! That's why the LPP didn't make the list of approved jammers. Why did the PASS get a, well, um, pass? Funny how the rules are different for different jammers.
