Don't try racing any Dodge Chargers with tinted windows. These guys will bait you if they can't get you the old fashioned way.
Try jamming these guys to the gun and they will pull you over anyway just for pissing them off  .

Interesting I make a 3 hour drive through NY up into CT, 95 to 395 etc and hardly ever see any cops. Not 1 time laser. I must be lucky?
