Just one comment: they can radio your car's description and pull you over. But the cop that witnessed or measured your speed is the one who is supposed to cite you. If it is another cop that writes the ticket then get a lawyer and go to court. A good lawyer will have it thrown out, especially if the witnessing cop is not present at the trial. |
