I drove over 800 miles in the past couple of days up and down the interstate from South Georgia to North Georgia then to North Carolina and back. I didn't even encounter one speed trap. When I mount up the LI the cops run . Anyway I looking forward to the testing response has been good through PM. Hopefully allot of I will try to make it will turn into I'll be there.

Great, got the Blinder M25/J15 installed last week and really looking forward to seeing how it performs. See you on Saturday.

What a day!!! Great to see everybody again, and to meet the new folks.

Here is "The Doraville Encounter." Muddy and I met up this morning to convoy out to Athens for this jammer testing meetup. Barely a minute after getting on I-285 and engaging our respective warp drives, Doraville PD tried to save our lives, and popped the cherry of my shiny new Laser Interceptors. I thought I would at least make it to a round of testing before putting them into battle barely a week after receiving them. I was so surprised and under sensory overload from the V1 laser alert, the LI whoop-whoop-whoop, the screech of my still-installed Blinders, and checking the speedometer to see if I was down to nearly-legal, that I inadvertently left all of the jammers on until I was nearly past him. Sorry, won't let it happen again.

    Here is the video.

By the way, the woman inside the LI box is saying "Laser Atlanta, or Kustom Pro."

More details and video from the actual testing to come.

    Hi Scott,

It was a pleasure to meet you. I'm glad you stopped and asked what we were doing and then decided to join in on the fun! Scott's signature line, " Zr3's need's to be remounted" is an understatement to say the least. He paid a pretty penny to have his ZR3 system professionally installed. He and I made a run against one of the laser guns and the gun achieved punch through at over 800 feet! We all knew something was wrong since we all knew that his ZR3 should have jammed to gun or at least very close. So I dug out my bubble level and first checked his rear jammer head. It was out of level by at least 3 to maybe 5 degrees. That was a quick fix. Then I checked the front jammer heads. They were pointed up by a whopping 15 or more degrees! Seriously, the angle may have been closer to 20 degrees! The installers simply used double-stick tape and stuck the front jammer heads to his front bumper without bothering to used the supplied mounting brackets. Apparently the installers didn't read the installation manual -- especially the part about how important it is that the heads are mounted level! Anyway, Scott has the mounting brackets. I suggested that he buy one of the ACE hardware pen style bubble levels which I like to use and some 3M VHB tape, and then mount the brackets and level the heads himself.

At least we caught the problem on Scott's car before he got a laser ticket! Everyone, let this be a lesson that you all should check your installer's work yourself. Don't assume that the installer installed your jammer heads properly.
