Default Help choosing a new GPS

I previously had a Magellan Maestro 3100.

I was satisfied with its navigation capabilites but very disappointed by its lack of POI, can't upload POI lists, and outdated maps.

Now I'm pretty much settled on Garmin. I don't need the high end ones that recognize speech.

However, I do want:
Less than $300 price tag
Plenty of POI
Capable of uploadable POI lists
updatable maps (Garmin and tom tom seem to be good on this while magellan sucks)

Any ideas guys? I'm currently thinking about these: Any good?
