Wow, all Ohio plates have the same banner at the top, that's crazy. Any event, regarding the 'shadow' effect. You can buy these things called 'light'n'boltz' where instead of screwing in regular screws through the laser jammer and plate you screw through these bolts that have LED lights in them and shine down on the plate, I bought some after getting pulled over for my LP light being 'blocked' and haven't been pulled over since.
