Hyperbolic bullshyte seems to be the norm in the radar countermeasure industry, and it seems to sell a lot of crappy detectors, so maybe try that? You could shoot vid of a car with 10,000 K HID headlights, and tell people that's exactly what their regular halogen headlights will look like with a $90 dollar can of Veil.
But seriously, maybe some kind of illustration showing the Veil effect, like "Laser goes in, but it doesn't come out" or something. People trust things they understand. The "mysterious secret magic potion" image turns potential buyers away, so make sure people have some idea of the theory behind why your product works.
