    Default 03 vw GTI 20th Anniversary Li rear install

    where is a good spot to mount Li heads in the rear of my car.i will be installing them today in the lovely 100 degree weather .I'm thinking rite below the tail lights.

    Most likely under the rear tail lights as you stated. The bumper is too curved so I'm thinking ON the lights and that should still be good enough so the reverse light is not blocked.

    or maybe on the trunk.

    in the yellow area only.lets remember my trunk goes up.I'm not going to be drilling threw my rear bumper no way.i dont mind blocking rear back up lights

    one side of the tail light im going to replace with a mount cliff is going to send me.now all i have to do is get the rear tested.

    Very nice, guess the brackets are mounted in the tail light assembly.
