Pictures I can post of before and after do little to show the 100s of pits from the sandblasting they receive from driving on the highway. Tons of little black freckles on the lights, with a few streaks that gravity didnt take care of. Oh well I think I will be taking this off and not re apply it. Manage to spill about 1/4 of the can to. Needs to be a taller can so a small tilt of wrist doesnt spill a ton. I know not a happy post of veil but what can I say. I used windex and 91% alch to clean lights before application.

I drive on the highway quite often and really don't see much chipping, you really should leave it on the stuff is amazing!

Its the veil that enhanced the fine stone chips, the veil itself has no chips. Veil highlighted all the pre-existing stone chips and made them show up as 100s of little black freckles

Well what do you drive? If it's something cheap like a civic you can always get replacement light's or better yet purchase a set of clear GTS headlamp covers and just veil those!

This would be my thinking. Why in the world would you complain about a product because of wear on your vehicle? This is kind of like buying a can of car wax, applying it to a five year old car with scratches and chips in the paint and then complaining about the wax because your car does not look brand new! It's your headlight lenses that are bad, not the product.

Obviously its is my headlamp lenses, the product just accents and makes the nicks and pits show, and they didnt with out. I am in no way saying the product is crap because it shows the nicks, its just what happened to me. I wish it wouldnt because the product is apparantly a very good defense against laser. Wax isnt meant to make the car look brand new, just a little nicer, and Veil offers great protection against laser, it just so happened in my case to reviel the pits in the covers more than i expected. I dont appreciate getting slammed for my statement.
And holein1 my original posts states that my car is a 2004 corolla with 36000 miles on it. Replacement headlight covers at 130 bucks a piece is a bit pricey for the moment. Its not a cheap car.
Im sorry to have caused so much disgust in my post on what is a great product.
