My understanding is that the E14 "Jammed" error message only comes up at very close ranges, say <100m or so. Can someone else confirm or deny this? It would obviously be better if it didn't happen at all but you could still stand a chance as long as you are good about turning off the jammer.

I don't know much about the TraffiPatrol, but in our GOL test basically all of the jammers (that worked) caused jamming codes on the guns that had codes (Stalker, LTI).
Not causing a jamming code is very difficult, as there are always extra pulses received by the gun when they're not expected. For example, it will receive a jamming pulse as well as the true reflected pulse from the vehicle. Technically, if the software in the guns is good enough, they will always be able to tell they are being jammed.

Generally within say 50m distance it's impossible to avoid a "Jammed" indication. But from further distance, you can slow down and turn off the unit before any indications come up.

I thought I read someplace that the Lidatek didn't throw errors on that gun... I don't remember where I thought I read that... But then again I have advanced CRS(Cannot Remember Sh*t). Someone on the forum will remember.

Sometimes the codes might not be a big deal. When Sethy and I were testing my Firebird, we got E04 jam codes on the Stalker LZ-1 without even having a jammer on the car.

The Target LT-400, Lidetek LE-30, AntiLaser don't produce error codes on that gun:
http://images.flitsservice.nl/cm_php/main_repo.php?id=692
It creates this effect: At very close range you will get an E14, but normally a E12, that is a very common error.
Here are some movies about the general working of this gun

"filmpjes" = movie's
so it does not matter it is blinder m20 or it is escort zr3, they will show e12 in big distance, and e14 then will be aprox <100 m ?
maybe somebody testet zr3 with traffipatrol ?

Did i mention Blinder or Escort?
I have no clue if Blinder or Escort creates the E12 error. Only the models I mention I know they don't produce the E14 error.
THe Bel904 DOES give the E14 error.

I would imagine that Antilaser is already available to you, right? My understanding is that they have been doing business for a long time in Europe and should work out just fine for you. It's only us chumps in the US that need to wait for it to be programmed and tested with our myriad guns and modes. If any jamming product stands a chance of getting money out of me that's the one.

Havent seen the anti laser here. THat is to bad, because with the parking sensor mode, it would be very handy here.

Certainly. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that the mode only lasts during the recycling mode.
