Has anyone got one of these? Are they any good? Did this unit get tested last year ? Attached below is an old thread. In the results section i couldnt find the conqueror listed?

Thanks
David

Yea, it's that right, it's that time again

For starters, here's what we're dealing with:

Jammers:
AL- G8 and G9
Aegis- Taiwanese LED jammer
Blinder M25- J16
Conqueror M35 - Another Taiwanese LED jammer
CY-988 - Another Taiwanese LED jammer
LI - 7.06 Tru Speed version
LPP - single head pre-100 PPS fix as well as a dual head 8.3
PASS - 4 head possible
Zr4

These are the guns that are available:
LA - Normal and Stealth
Tru Speed
UL 125 PPS
PLIII
Pro Lite
Stalker

"So far, we have planned doing an LED testing day. The Aegis, CY-988, Conqueror, M25, and Zr4 will be tested on the test vehicle, which will be the white Expedition you guys are used to seeing. Because of the adjustable polarized lens of the UL and Tru Speed, we'll do those runs in IR. For the rest, we'll do normal. We'll also shoot the LPP 8.3, since we haven't shot that yet.

Now, for the suggestions part. After we're done with the actual test, and assuming we have time, what are some things that you guys want to see (within reason )?

We're shooting for Sunday the 9th, though we may have to push it back because of schedules. It'll take place here in Orlando

You got that from one of the CFL threads? It got tested, the results should have been on the same page where you got that from...lemme look for it real quick.

http://www.radardetector.net/forums/detector-counter-measure-videos/39335-official-cfl-7-pics-videos-thread.html

M35 Conquerer
Tru Speed- HL: 892, 335 -> CM: 181
Stalker- HL: 614, 479, 382, 311, 185, 81 CM: 256, 185, 68, 36
PLIII- HL: 976, 606, 24 CM: JTG
UL 125 pps- HL: JTG CM: JTG (got something really close, but turned to error code)
Pro Lite- HL: 395, 211 CM: 228

Surprisingly effective on the Ultralyte, which tends to give many jammers fits. Otherwise, total fail.

I don't remember why we didn't test with the TruSpeed.

ELVATO, you need to add links to CFL 9 and 10 to the Independent Test Archive.

NOOoooo! Super Moderator found it before I did. I wonder how it would do with a 4 head system, since that was a 2 head LED/diode setup on the Expy, but that is (AFAIK) how it's marketed, so that's how it was tested.

Here's the vid:

LOL! I was already looking for it, came back and saw that you had posted. Took a bit. Cbr spelled it "Conquerer" instead of "Conqueror", so it didn't come up on search.

That was actually me who misspelled it. He was just quoting me :o

OMG! How did I miss that thread showing the Conquerer test results, the design's obvious rip-off of specific Blinder and Escort designs, and the packaging's obvious duplication of presentation of Escort's ZR4 packaging.

I already knew that Rayee Technologies (mfg. of the Conquerer) was already ripping off (duplicating) the Bel/Escort remote RD waterproof housing design. Well, I will state my opinions of Rayee another way. They are scum since they steal outright various design technologies from a variety of competitors, and since their electronics designs do infringe on competitor designs. The way I figure it, they will be happy if they manage to ship 100,000 units to various worldwide distributors before they eventually have to close up shop and disappear from all pending litigation.

The nice thing about the Conquerer is that it instantly throws jam or error codes on laser guns so that cops will instantly know that you are using a laser jammer. This makes it much more convincing when you brag to the cop, once you are pulled over for interfering with police operations, that you were jamming their laser gun.

Just brute force, but the Conquerer throws every jam or error code in the book. That will serve you really well, especially at 2 am.

IIRC, it didn't throw a jam code with the LTIs. It threw jam codes on the LA, but what jammer doesn't. Pretty sure it didn't throw anything on the Stalker.

As for the XR, never used it, but aren't the LI and AL the only ones that can jam it without a jam code?
