Hope someone has some insight on this and I hope my Blinders aren't messed up.:( I have M45 J15's on the front of my car. When I first got them I only installed 2 on the bottom of the grill. During "that" first 30 second test phase I would shoot them with a tester and look at the heads through my cell phone camera to see if they light up. No prob. they light up get an alert, stop shooting it, they turn off and a couple of seconds later the audible would also stop.

Now I have installed all 4 J15's up front. When I test them now all 4 fire at the same time, and after shooting them a couple of times they don't stop. They also go dim after the first few shots. But if I don't shoot them with anything and just turn them on they go through the 30 second test phase and give me a 2nd beep to confirm everything is ok. Has anyone else experienced this? Are my Blinders done for?

I have 2 J11's on the back, and they are just fine. Light up when you shoot them and turn off afterwards.

Also, I've done a search on this but couldn't find a definite answer. For optimum performance, should the wire on the back of the heads be inward or outward? I'm trying to find out if my heads are "upside down."

Try unplugging one head at a time and test. See if you can isolate the problem to only one head.

no matter what i do it seems to happen only when all 4 heads heads are plugged in. when its 1&4, 2&3, 1&2&3 no prob. but if you make it 1234 they go all funky.

Seems like it might just be the control module then. I would ask BG, but until then maybe only use 3 heads to be on the safe side.

yAy fer me! just tested my setup with aa2033's tru speed. PT's at like 50 feet! So if I got that much protection against the TS, i should be good with everything else(hopefully).
i guess im just paranoid bout my ja.....ahemmm....transponders;)

Thanks again aa2033, your a good fro:)

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this is a bad assumption. The Truspeed is one of the easiest guns to jam as long as your jammer heads are well placed. Just because you do well against one gun doesn't mean you'll have that same result against others.

ahhhhhhh man. there i go biting my nails again. i guess ill have to wait for the east coast jam fest so there will be a bunch of guns. i must process my info backwards, i thought the TS was one of the harder guns to jam:confused:. i guess i gotta start reading a lil slower:o

Sent your question straight to the top in Denmark...This is the reply I received.

It sounds like this guys unit # 4 is bad and stays on after activating which starts a kind of jamming on the 3 other heads transponders and the system goes in to a bad circle and can stay on for long time

A way to test if one unit is bad is by testing one unit at the time to see if one of them is staying on for lets say 0,5 1,0 sec. after stopping the test, hope you know what I mean.

Another reason could be if his front system is a mix of different revisions, like mixing J11 with for example J15 as it could interfere with each other in some situations.
The Rev. Version can be found back on each unit.
