Are LP covers legal in VA? Is VEIL Legal in VA?

No and No. Nothing is legal in VA. Not even clear license plate cover that does nothing.

well dam! So what is one to do? I use my RD here and haven't been caught, but it is sorta hard to hide a LP cover and veil.

I used to use a Laser shield on the front plate and Veil on my headlights. The headlights just look dirty with Veil and you can't notice the laser shield until you get real close. As long as you don't put a laser shield on your rear plate you should be fine. I had this on my old car for over 1 year and I didn't have any problems.

I've had a laser shield on my car for almost 2 years now(went through 2 cars) and have never been pulled over for it.
