    Default RX65 speaker problem?

Hi! I have recently found out my RX65's volume sometimes gets A TINY BIT louder than usual, and it sounds A LITTLE BIT like blown speaker. This problem occurs in an un-predictible sequence. I have version 6.1 firmware. Anyone have any idea? THANKS

Dang you are so very lucky to have your speaker being too loud. With my Bel the speaker is too low. Well with the "voice" part of the voice alerts. Anyways, try turning down the volume by a level or two and see if that helps. If not then I would suggest sending it in to Bel. But be warned I just got my first bel back today after ready for this 30 business days. No BS either. My unit froze when I changed the programmable settings, and atleast now it hasn't once done it! So some good with the bad. I don't know how long you have had your Bel but if under a year or if you purchased the extended warranty like me then your good to go. I f not then be prepared to spend about I believe $45 plus shipping. It could go higher than that depending upon what needs to be fixed. Someone correct the price if not correct but I believe it is right. PM or post a reply if you have further questions.

    Sincerely,
    Ace
