i get x band alerts when i think about x band, or dont think about it for too long.

realistically i live in a very urban area, i have about 4-6 disctinct alerts from my driveway to the highway. mainly x some k.

Lets be clear here about falses... X and K hits from auto doors are NOT falses. That equipment operates legitimately on the X and K freq.

Falses are alerts from other sources that do not operate on those bands..ie leaky Cobras, laser alerts around airports, and possibly x bands alerts from cell towers and Guernseys.

X-Band hits when passing cell towers is fairly common.

Check for a large round microwave dish on the side of the tower. Probably 10Ghz.
