    Default Impressed with new RX65

Bought a RX65 from Radar Roy that I recieved last week to replace my aging 8500. First impresions are that KA reception is damn good. Yesterday got a converging KA hit with at least a 1 1/2 mile warning.
Today on the way home from work an amazing 3 mile warning on stationary radar. I was also hit with lazer this morning at a known trap. None of these were "saves", as I was doing the PSL. I would also like to pass along that the township that surrounds the city I live in still uses X Band and that they run radar along I-675 where it passes through their jurisdiction.

I am glad you enjoy your RX65 and Roy is the only way to go.

By any chance would that be Washington Twp? I used to live there. They were radar happy there with their K-55s. Been using them since the late 70s!

Indy is not nearly as radar happy as the Dayton area LOL! We have it easy here.
