So today i got in my car at about 12:00 and i found thast i had forgotten to put my RX65 in the glovebox. I was a little worried since the car was very hot since it is in the 70's where i am and the car was in the sun. I would guess the inside of the car was 95-110 degrees. Anyway the RX65 turned on but when i passed my normal Kband speed sing i got no alert. I then used a bushnell and agin no alert. Last summer i had the same thing happen but the uit then displayed selfcal and then service required. Anyway i then passed a trooper runnning constant on KA and again no alert. Whe i got hoe i put the RD in front of my AC and an hour later i tried it out and it is again working perfectly. Bottom line is the summer is hear and BELSCORTS HATE HEAT! What suprised me most was that the detector gave me no warning that is was not working. Had i ruj through a speed trap i would have been toast. Anyway just though i would share.
