I wanted to know how to determine the serial number and FCC on a Bel? I looked at the back of my 960 and it starts with an "A" and no FCC number, where do I look for it?

I wanted to know how to determine the serial number and FCC on a Bel? I looked at the back of my 960 and it starts with an "A" and no FCC number, where do I look for it?
The FCC didn't start testing detectors until sometime in 2002, so if it was made prior to that it won't have an FCC ID number on it.
