So I'm driving back home on a business trip today when I am getting close to home base. "Blip!" I get a Ka alert. As I had been half suspecting some LEO activity around the new exit south of town, I slowed down. Simultaneously I get the idea to reset the trip odometer to measure this one. Well, things went dead for several seconds.
Was there really something there? I figured this had to be real as Ka falses on the open road are actually few and far between for me. Sure enough, as I got right on the exit, the signal picked back up quickly. I scanned all around but saw nothing. Where was this guy? Oh, wait....he must be in front of me and the traffic is reflecting him back toward me. The signal kept getting stronger and stronger.
Then FINALLY, unbelievably, I spot flashing lights. It was a city cop with someone pulled over up ahead. Total distance as I came up on him??? 4.1 miles!!!!! Wow! I know it was C/O and he was aimed right down the road but that's just incredible in my book! I mean, he even had his poor victim's car right in front of him, obscuring his signal a tad! All I can say is I am more amazed every day with the 955. 8) 8) 8)
