Well, my 940 saw it's fair share of action this week. Most Notably, an X Band encounter where the LEO was sitting right next to the worst X Band motion sensor in Houston. As you'll see from the picture, the LEO was sitting right by an equipment rental company that has some sort of X Band controlled automatic gate opener that apparently stays on all the time. It's horrible and I get a false there everyday. But today, I noticed the signal occured a lot earlier than I usually pick it up. So, I slowed down. Look what I found. A Jersey Village LEO shooting X band right by the false source. No K or Ka went off.
My two motorcycle buddies were also active this week. Here is a pic of one that just made a stop. I actually picked him up before I could see him. I was on the feeder road and he had this guy already pulled over. The 940 continues to impress.
Here are some other pics I got over the last two days while using my Bel 940.
Anyway, I'm getting ready to hit the road for Thanksgiving. I'll be travelling thru about 6 counties so I'm sure I'll have several encounters and get lots of pics. One thing is for sure, the LEO's will be feasting on speeders over the Thanksgiving Holiday.
