I was having a problem with my V995 resetting itself about every 10 seconds. I called Beltronics to get a RMA # and was told that the online store I purchased it from was not an authorized Beltronics reseller. I said ok and told him I would contact the store I purchased it from. He said that's ok we will cover it this time. He gave me a RMA # and I sent it in for service. I received it back a couple of days ago and it has been working great. It also seems to have a little better K band sensitivity. The repair ticket said the software was updated but it was version 6.3 when I sent it in and it still says 6.3 so I'm not sure what was updated. But I thought it was pretty nice of them to handle the warranty work.
