    You beat me to it! A year or two ago I announced Spectre IV in the Spectre/VG2 forum. Turns out there was eventually a Spectre IV but still cannot really detect STi after all LOL!

    I was going to be more creative for April 1st by announcing that VA repealed it's RD ban!

    I almost forgot to mention it, but it is extremely unlikely a firmware update could enable the Spectre IV to detect the STi anyway. A major hardware revision would be necessary IMHO.

    Turns out the initial report was incorrect. The Spectre IV with new firmware that jacks up the sensitivity did indeed alert in the presence of a Bel STi, but it was later determined to be a Cobra in a ricer's car 10 miles away that was the cause of the alert.
