sti driver and none K-band detection
Bel sti driver and non K-band detection
After two hours the rd have bad or none K-band detection, the rd is not in sunlight, but the rd is warm, aprox. 40-50 celsius.
Have anyone this problems and is this temperature normal?
I have the newest software 4 9.

The operating temperature is normal. Be sure that you have good power connections to your STi. Also try a firmware reset.
send it in for a tune

well if u are 100% positive it will not pick up K band call up beltronics and they will guide u threw the process of sending it back so they can calibrate your unit

Anyways,I doubt you'll get better responses/suggestions about your problem,here on RD.net,because STi-R was released in US two months ago and here on RD.net there are only a few STi-R users.
I thought that he was asking about his STi, not an STi-R.
Thanks for the answers, i have a sti-r and a sti driver and the problem is my new sti driver.
I'ts my second sti driver yet, but the first i have change in guarantee, with same K-band problems.
My sti-r runs perfectly without any problems, with highest ranges on all bands!
had the same problem with my sti few weeks ago. fews peoples laugh of it here, but i had to send back my unit to beltronics and it came back. they said they change the antenna. Still waiting to test it. Most of the radar in my area are in calibration at this moment. I am hurry to cross a leo with a ka or k band open on me. The problem happened after few houres of driving only with k and ka band
Send the product back so they can fine tune it
