    Default STI-removing led display

This question is about the original sti driver. Is it possible to remove the led display and mount it remotely? If I do this will this cause rf leakage. I thought I'd ask before I tried to do anything stupid.

i think some guy on here mounted his sti in a box in his grille and then had the external speaker in his car...i mean i would just conceal it on my windsheild...and i think if u remove the display ur gonna have some problems

This should be the same for your Bel. I doubt the display it self keeps in that much RF.

Right now I'm relying on the light from the smart cord. Its hard wired and concealed in the car. I was just thinking of using tech mode and seeing the frequencies as well.
