Just got a STi Driver

Just wondering if it is overall a good performing RD...My build date is 1009. I do lots of in town driving with the occasional hwy drive.

I think you have RD ADD. About once a week, you try something new. It's basically the same as your STi-R, just less sensitive.

correct me if i am wrong but isn't the windscreen mount virson better at detecting laser

You are all right! I do go through a lot of radar detectors and that is because I sell them. I like to be familiar with all the products I sell so if a customers asks how they perform then I can give them an educated opinion based on my experience and people that I have read about. Its not that I like changing RD but because I like to try each product to see how they function...I could depend on reading the box or mbrs posts but I like to experience first hand so if a customer asks I can tell them I have used it and the performance I observed.

It also helps that at my cost for the product I can buy it and use it for 2 months then sell it newly used for what I paid for it. It gives me experience with each Rd and ends up not costing me any money!!!
