    Hey if you read your manual and e-mail beltronics they will tell you the same thing as they told me. It actually downloads everytime you turn it on. I will try to forward the e-mail, to show you. Please do not try call me out unless you have proof. Thanks Shane

    I have read the manual three times and haven't seen it does anyone know this is true?
    Here is a copy of the manual if you want to read it and tell me where is says that?

    The v1 actually does the same thing sort of...It is a little known fact that the telephone cord on the v1 is designed to directly access the valentine company computers if it plugged directly into a phone socket. In this way one can download instant updates to it's software... :wink:

    Yeah RMR detectors tap into police car engines and scramble the engine this way a cop can not come after you. RMR rules the best! :wink:

    Bel's downloadable "feature" don't get me started......
    The ONLY thing Bel ever downloaded to me was "DOG POO"......
    Sounds like a "new" lie from Bel.........

    "Thanks for your interest in Bel.......We are on the cutting edge.....
    to date Radar is in only 25% of all Police cars......we're working on it....
    our new satelite will ......YADA YADA YADA......"

    Not that I'm bitter about Bel's Customer Service....... :wink:
