STi-R K band door openers threat mode
Does the STi-R usually display multiple K band door openers in an area as one threat in the threat display?
I can't seem to get my STi-R to display more than one K band source even with multiple door openers (grocery stores etc)?
On the frequency display the frequency fluctuates alot, but it only shows up as a single K on the threat display.

It is exactly as you said.
STi doesn't show how many threats are in the area in STD mode or THT.
But, if you have STi in TEC mode it will show you as many frequencies as it see.
So it looks like on the beginning of alarm STi show all frequency and you can count it and have answer how many threats there is. Then STi show only the strongest frequency . STi also will show new frequency on the display if there is a new threat, but doesn't inform by some signal/sound/voice, you will only see the new frequency on the display for a second.
In my opinion STi should have selective display mode, but not in MENU. It should have be instead of SENS button.

I can only say what I observed. In many places it looks like I said.
But check by your self. Stand in front of door opener. There should be 2 different frequencies. Mayby you will see the same as I discovered. If somebody goes out the internal sensor emits more radiating. This emission can be reflected by pedestrian, than STi show new, stronger threat.
My it is true mayby not. Check and draw your own conclusion.
