I'm just wondering you know, I like my STI-R and want to keep it for a long time but, I live in Canada and I drive alot during winter and I was looking at where my receiver is placed right now.
Where do you guys put the receiver during winter?
Do you just totally remove it from the car?
Can it handle -35, -40 degrees?
Soon, ice, snow, rocks and salt are going to be flying directly on the receiver and I can't imagine that to be good...
I was thinking of putting the receiver INSIDE the engine compartment.. I know the performance is going to be affected but will it still work? Is that a bad idea? Should I just remove it all and put it back naxt spring?
I'm sure I'm not the only one here with the winter STI-R problem..
