Default Question on filtering falses in newest Beltronics detectors

I cannot find the info anymore, but what was the name of the technique used in these detectors that tries to eliminate falses from modulated radar sources. (Like adaptive cruise control, some traffic measuring devices etc.)
If you have any info on the effectivity on this filtering technique, I would be very interested.

All the radar based cruise control and lane assist systems I have encountered use constant on K band. TSR has absolutely zero effect on them.
