bell 895......selectable band???????

i wanna buy the bel 895. i live in florida, and i don't think x-band is used here anymore. so i was wondering if Boomerman or anybody for that matter can tell me if it has selectable bands cause i want to turn X off and POP off !!!!

POP is selectable ON/OFF, and X can be turned off using the "City NO X" mode. I don't think that K or Ka can be turned off though.

BUT to the original poster:

You might want to try the 'bel' section of this forum, you may get more responses about a Bel product in the 'Bel' section of the forum rather then in the 'Whistler'... and thats not sarcastic, placing a question in the correct forum can mean the difference between no responses or 10 responses.

actually in whistler city 2 mode will eliminate most x band falses and even some k band. So you might consider a whistler. I know I'm talking a little off topic here.
