Rx 65 KU band

I just bought a new RX65 from amazon, I travel a lot to europe and south america, but there is no KU band in the config mode neither, when i tried to set config manually appears all the other bands except KU. what is wrong? Is there no more Ku band in the Rx65?

It is Euro version? I think on standard version there is no Ku band...

Ku Band was never used in the US and is pretty much extinct in all other parts of the world..........it hasn't been produced since the 70's-80's.

Take a wild guess why US versions of the 9500ix and RX65 have Ku Band detection and the International versions of the same detectors do not?

Well then Bel wised up and deleted it from the US model. The manual on their website still shows Ku band in the menu settings but they have done updates on the fly before without advertising the change.

In any case, you don't need it unless you want to detect communications with the Space Shuttle...........oh wait, that went extinct too.

Which is why Ku detection was removed. Leave it to Nine_c1 to figure it out!
