RX65 Not saving programing

Hay,

Im trying to set-up a beltronics RX65 i got second hand. When i reset it it said firmware 6.3 When i turn it on it just goes to highway, and when i program it, it comes up with only two beeps complete. then next time i enter program mode the settings were as they were before i changed them.

Any ideas?
