I would call Belscort and see if there are any tests you can do to isolate the problem. Hopefully you wouldn’t have to tear out the whole RD.
You'll need to remove and send the receiver and the interface module too.
Any updates? I think im having the same problems.

Well I sent mine in yesterday. when talking to tech support telling them K & KA are dead he just said send it in.
But I could tell from his voice he really ment
"S*** not another one!"
Got it back today with a list of what they did,
update software, repaired ant. replaced front plastic and cable.
Again I only sent the receiver and they had it for a week.
And how's it working for you now? All fixed?
