I'm from Israel and bought my RX65 from BuyRadarDetectors.com, after about 2 weeks before the warrant expired the radar started to show famous "Service Required" message But because I'm outside of US I couldn't just mail my radar to Bel, just to send it with UPS is about 100$ as I was going to be in US 1 months after that, I wanted to contact Bel to ask them to extend my warrant cause of my geographical problem. I found 2 emails at Bel's site:'firstname.lastname@example.org' and
'email@example.com', have been sending emails to this address for 2 months already but no reply! Its hard to believe Bel is not checking customer support email address, or is this the wrong address ?
