I believe Target is a Beltronics division that sells detectors for europe.
Target Automotive in Netherlands is Belīs distributor in Europe.
Their models are
Target Euro 330, 550 and 966 remote, all models are based on Bel older models.
Some models does not have all Ka bands, just 34,3 Ghz
Why don't they sell american models? They work in most of European countries...
Thatīs Iīve been wondering too. But as I said - I definetely do NOT understand Beltronics business policy ...Originally Posted by JAnka
They're developed for European use based on US models. RD's don't need to scan Ka superwide band here (except Finland) but they must have more sensitivity on 34.3GHz against low powered Multanova photo radars. There are some special frequencies (9.41GHz/9.9GHz/10.6GHz) in some countries (only BEL/Target Euro 550 can detects all of them) and here are other GSM frequencies which may set off an US detector near to GSM towers.Originally Posted by JAnka
