    I don't trust myself with electronics, especially car electronics...seems difficult to wire it all in through the hood of the car and stuff...i wouldnt even know where to start

    Well that's where we come in.Like i said,we're here to help each other.The wiring stuff is nothing.It all plugs into the black box.The only thing you really have to connect is the negative power wire first then the positive at the end of the install..I see your in NY.There are a few of us that live in NY that might be able to help you with the install.Currently i'm overseas so i'm out of the loop.But if you post a "Anyone live close to Sarasota NY that can help me with my jammer install?" forum,i'm pretty sure someone will respond..Who hardwired your x50?

    Know this an old post, it's possible you can get arrested depending on how they charge you and the state you're in. Usually Obstruction of justice or interfering with duties of a police officer, sometimes they add charges just to bust your cookies.

    I think it does depend on the individual state statute.

    I believe in Texas, it is a misdemeanor, but I have yet to hear of someone actually being arrested for the use of a laser jammer.

    In other countries, that's a different story, though.
