Did a combination of three projects at the same time: Installed the Blinder, connected my temperature/compass mirror, and ran a line to the top of the windshield for the radar detector.
Three items of note about the Blinder:
  • The hardest part of the install is getting the cords through the firewall. About 45 minutes in, the wireless remote option was starting to sound real good.

You will NOT have to worry about having enough cord from the head units to the connector box. The cords on mine were long enough to reach from the front grille to three feet past the rear bumper!

You will not miss the audio alarm when it goes off. I made what may turn out to be a mistake by mounting in right at ear level in the windshield pillar molding. I can feel my fillings vibrate when it cranks on!
