Default Where to Mount Blinder M-20?

I've been doing my research here, and I'm trying to figure out the best location to mount the M-20 on my Mazda Protege5. I'll be buying the laser shield and veil also (and I might be removing my foglights if I can find nice replacement grilles for those holes). It looks like I don't have a place to mount the transceivers that isn't behind the mesh. Where do you think I should put them? I was thinking maybe I should cut out two rectangles in the mesh for where the blinders would stick through in the highlighted areas below. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Default mesh

I think it will work fine even behind the mesh.
Your mesh doesn't seem to be too dense, and it will be protected.
You could get even a better protection if you put two trans' in the small openings under the fog lights and a third trans' in the middle of the upper triangle near the "P" of protege.

    This is full coverage

You do not want to mount it behind the mesh. If you do, and they aim at the headlight you're toast.

Your best bet would be mounting in the grill area above the license plate. If you put a blinder in each corner you would have good coverage on both your head lights and plate.

    Default aiming at lights

I found out that driving with head lights turned on, does wonders on the LTI2020 !
It makes ir harder for the laser-gun to get a reading.

How did you "Find this out?" because this is an untrue statement. It USED to on older laser guns, however it does not have an effect on them anymore.

    Default LTI2020

As I wrote, I tried it for many times with different cars and turning lights on, has a bad effect on the LTI 2020 laser gun.
I don't know about other guns.

I think I'm going to be mounting them like they are above. I'm going to cut the mesh to allow the jammer heads to come through a bit, and I'm also thinking of moving them a little farther apart closer to the ends of the bottom grille) so that they cover my headlights and foglights better.
