Default Difference btwn M20-X and M40-X?

Does the M40-X just comes with two extra plug ins for the rear?

If you order the M-20 you get to transmitters. If you order the M-40 you get 4 transmitters. You can place 2 up front or 2 in the rear. If you have a large vehicle and want the best covearge you can mount all 4 in the front. Make sure you mount them according to the manual.

I was wondering the same thing. Can you add to an M20 and make the M30 or M40? Does the M20 control in the car have extra inputs?

The M-20 does come with 2 extra inputs if you wish to upgrade to an M-30 or M-40. There really is not an M-30, unless you just bought one transmitter from someone.

Thanks for the info. I was really impressed with the difference that the transponder over the plate made in your M30 tests.

Yeah the m-30 does great but you have to find someone that has an extra head. Also the reason I have it placed there is because as the officer is aiming at the plate as I get closer his beam gets narrower so as long as there is a transponder right on top of it, it will continue to jam.

The only jammer that I have heards of jamming the back is stealthjamals zr3 from 0-400 feet.

I would have to say any other jammer, unless you are willing to spend huge bucks, you are toast from the back
