M-20 Blinder TILTED! Still effective?

My setup is horrible on my car at the moment. It is held by tape on the grille but will not move from it's position. However, it tilts down over time and I have to push it back up.

How much less effective is the M-20 when the unit is tilted downwards? Will it still be able to shield my car at all?

For the blinder to have good performance the transponders need to be perfectly level for best results...don't tape the transponders onto the car...you are not SML permanently mount them for the blinder to actually work
