First off, nice truck.
Second, Your car in my opinion has the potential of being Passive Laser Countermeasure.
Third, I personally would have bought a third head and had the two you have right now up in the corners of your grill and one near where the license plate would be.
Fourth, your problem is the police lights. If you had 3 J16's they probably would still get a PT I think because of the lights. Thats probably just as bad as not covering the left or right headlight.
But I see a lot of potential in your truck as being passive. I think its outrun who has a passive truck. Thats very similair to yours.
Are you with the fire department?
I really would not like you to get a Laser Interceptor as you are one that constantly jams the cop to the gun and that is not curteous ownership of a laser jammer
But you need 2 more Blinder heads to cover the truck, I would recommend one under each headlight then one in the top section above the ford symbol and one in the lower section below the ford symbol... YTCD doesn't know what he is talking about by saying 3 heads would cover you. Full size pickups require 4 heads minimum and for JTG performance you would need at least 6
Again DO NOT JAM THE COP TO THE GUN. Get down to the posted speed limit and let them get a speed reading.

I think my post was well accurate in the fact that I said 3 heads, even though you took my post wrong and blatently came back at me even though I was not meaning to get 3 heads over 4 heads. I was simply suggesting get an extra head and see how that does. As I remember correctly Outrun has nothing as good as j16 jammers and is still able to JTG. This guys truck is set up perfect for a passive measure, and I think 3 jammer head properly mounted, without the lights would do perfectly fine.
And what do you mean by mounting them under the headlights, how do you suppose you mount these heads under the headlights and still being practical/clean, without looking retarded.
My opinions are formed of the years of testing and obseravations I have done on other set-ups...
Yes the Blinder offers ticket saving performance which is what matters but from looking at this truck with just 3 heads I see instant punchthrough spots. With 4 heads I can see 3-5second punchthrough spots. Also with 3 heads I see 1000ft punchthroughs. When I can see instant punchthrough spots that isn't good enough for me. My 4 head suggestion came from the Blinder mounting Roy has on his ford f250.
RacerX a long time ago used Blinder products and even with his passive counter measure it look him 6 blinder heads on the front of his full size pickup to JTG results.
Maybe I have been around long enough that I don't trust certain people's results cause they are paid to work for a company or they sell different products.
F-150 for me would require minimum of 4 heads. As that is what any Blinder Rep would recommend
Thanks for info. guys sounds like the great plan, i love spending money i want li's too i like the talking sound, i have taken lots chances tryin to get a ticket to see how 2 holds up w veil g4 4 coats and there reliable im a autoglass installer i work on cars place to place and go everywere ppl gettin in fights blood on cars and bad stuff, i slow down 90 to 60 easily ive not had a ticket yet out of like 40 hits in 8 mo's and w old j11's before my new j16's are very sensitive they trip out once and a while on sunny days w no other ppls sensors around even my brinks sign sets em off in front garage w my strobes going ect. WHAT ABOUT HEADLIGHT COVERS gts FLAT BLACKED THAT WOULD REDUCE SPOTS IM SURE you couldn't get a shot on covered headlights

that is stealth
The 2 J16 heads on that truck will not give much ticket saving performance...You really need 2 more heads to cover a large surface area.
ok will do

I have 4 J15 heads on my F-150 two mounted on the bumper closer to the headlights and 2 mounted directly above where yours are on the top horizontal bar of the grille.
