    Default M45 Placement on Civic

Hey guys, i was looking to purchase a M45 Blinder Extreme since the LI cost a lot more. Before i buy i wasnt sure were to place the heads. Should i put to on the front and two in the back? Or should i pit all four in the front, two neard the "H" and two on the bottom near the fog lights. The picture on the bottom is similar to my car, also there is the licence plate underneath the "H". If i were to put it in the back were should i put them? The second pic is my car. thanks.

a quad blinder is the same price as a dual LI. so if your going to put them all up front I would go with the LI.

Blinder's are good jammers. They don't give great rear protection as thats hard for any jammer to do so I would put all 4 up front. I would put 2 where the H's are on the outside near the lights, and I put two not in the fog lights but where the front air dam is and too the outside. But if you havn't purchased it and are looking for around the same price range check out the LI as its around the same price. Later.

Yes it would, I want to say better but I would never confirm that as I don't have enough knowledge in this industry. I would say better at wide angled shots and sticky situations. Though if you really want a blinder, their great jammers and will give you great performance, and If you do get them mount them in the two areas I described as that should give you great performance, and cover the front plate pretty well. I think all in around the LI will be better suited, and If you really want updates for things like truspeed they get on top of that real fast. Blinder had a little bad reputation a while back with the update process but they have improved much I believe know and soon think they will become the big dog. I'd much rather have a blinder jammer than an LI but plain and simple LI is the best jammer out their. Blinders customer service is great and there products are built extremly well.

I would think with a M45 (2 heads up front and 2 rear) combined with Veil and you will have pretty darn good results on a Civic. DJ got JTG results with the ZR4's after Veil and the Blinders are better than the ZR4's. DJ's Mustang has a lot for hot spots than a Civic also.

The 2 heads up front combined with veil would probably do great, the only problem is that the two head that go in the rear are not much protection. Blinder just can't handle those wide angled shots and the complexity of the rear. Even LI has trouble as most people have to put it in perfect mounting positions to get JFG. Thats why I would either go LI in the rear or 2 other heads in the front instead of the rear.

I would reccommend getting whichever one you like better as you should get great results with both. The j16's are great jammers and blinder has come a long way, and on a car like yours 2 heads should result to JTG probably without veil.

Well actually, if the J16's will give you some protection in the rear maybe like 2-3 seconds and the 2 heads in the front will give you JTG performance I would go with the m45 over the LI. If you need 3-4 heads in the front or the blinders result in not enough protection for the rear then I would buy the dual head LI as it should give you better results in the front over the 3-4 head blinder.

Now other members, what kind of performance are we looking at for an off-ramp rear shot with the blinders. How many seconds on that civic?

I completely agree. As a former Blinder M25 user, I'd recommend that you either put all four heads up front, or just spend the same money on a dual LI. There have just been too many examples lately that indicate the M25 is not a safe bet on most cars.

Limited mounting options on the back of most cars have proven to be a major problem for LED based jammers.

All 4 Blinder M45 heads up front!!!! You could get away with just a Blinder M25 on the front.
