    Default Blinder J6 vs. Truspeed

Put my Rev 5E 7.25.04J6 M40 to the test at the Houston meet on 2-15-09. Now my full size Silverado is not the easiest vehicle to hide but the results were very impressive to me.

About a 2500 couse with a sharp curve at about the 200ft mark if we chose to take it. This curb points the jammer heads away from the gun a breif moment befor straitening back out towards the gun. My results:

    Stalker: JTG
    Ultralyte LR: JTG
Truespeed: 179ft punch through in the curve. Jammed from 2500 down to 179.

Here is my truck with Blinders circled for identification. State issed plate in place. VEIL added to all front lighting.

Yes, your ride was very impressive indeed. I was surprised all of that chrome didn't cause problems.

Your ride gave me hope that I will be able to stealth out my next project...a Tahoe.

I have went up against many real encounters with perfect results but this is the first time I have participated in controlled testing that I got feedback from the shooter.

The new style Tahoes should be easier due to the reduced chrome.

I always thought they were M45, no wonder why it was hard to get PTs...

With Veil I was able to get my M45 down to about 100' on headlight and JTG on CM against the Truspeed. I think when targeting only the Veiled headlights we got 225' with no jammers consistently and even had one run the was JTG.

    J6 or J16? I thought Blinder J series started from 10 no?

I didn't even noticed that he had Veil coating. I thought Veil coatings gave it more tint to the lights. It looks very stock to me.

Let me add that the curve would have killed any jammer because it was almost 45 degrees.

And we know that jammers can't do anything at those angles

Of course, the cosine effect would prevent a high reading anyway
