Blinda is at it "yet again" . Was going across Interstate 80 to P.A. when all the sudden Blinder light up Lidar to my suprise there was a Ohio buckeye in the median with the trusty old lidar gun. Blinder screetched as well as Laser Interceptor fired and X-50 rev. 5 blue all simutanously . Which enevitably means he most likely got owned . It was pitch black outside but Li Still alerted me that it was a Lti-2020 I'm guessing a Marksmen aka the "hair dryer." . He shot me for well over 15 sec, i had more than enough time to reach and grab the camera although i was so shocked i was getting lidar'd that i was in shock, since it's so rare.. So no footage guys and ladies aka bunny . Although man it woke me up! I got a cb warning before hand too just like Airmoore always warns about 5 times the distance of the actual countermeasure alert/save. Although the driver didn't indicate he was shooting lidar. I just figured it was "yet again" another "radar trap." Since i had seen so many that day on my way down, which most of them i have on tape that will become a film . That's the hard thing about laser i'm noticing they use it when and "where" you least expect it. To in essence suprise the victim and nab him at the least suspecting moment. Even though they have a ton of lidar in Ohio this is the "first time" i've ever personally encountered one and i've drove through there atleast 10 times. Just goes to show they pick and choose when to pull it off the shelf to suprise you. Thus capturing lidar on video can be difficult atleast around here not in area's maybe in larger manicipalities where it is more commonly off the shelf.
As for what mile marker this occured at? Just west of the 215 mile marker on I-80 in Ohio. Not even 1/2 a mile. Deadly stuff especially in the dark, thank god for cb's, Escort radar, Blindar laser jammers, and laser interceptor .
