Default ? about Blinders and Black Electrical Tape

I read a post on the forum from a while back and Mem-Tek said that if you wrap a Zr3 head in black electrical tape you will get a little better performance. Because the top part of the heads lets IR light through that reflects back into the jammer when it fires. Does this also help Blinders out too (especially the M-20's).

Not better performance, but it does help eliminate crosstalk if you are using 2 different sets of jammers. In this situation we were using LI's and ZR4's together I believe. or it could have been regular ZR4's and his modified ZR4 heads together.
