Default Blinder Head Out After 3 Months

Today about 20 minutes ago I was driving and my Blinder M45 started to alert. It continued this alert for about 10 minutes before I got home. When I got home I figured out that one head when unplugged stops the alert. I believe this head has a short of some kind on the inside. How good is blinder at repairing these and sending them back? How long does it typically take? I'm very annoyed because I spent almost 700 dollars on the things only for one of them to just stop working after less than 3 months.

What version heads do you have?
Before getting upset have you even gave Blinder a chance to fix the problem. They are electronic components. Like all Electronic components they can go bad. With Blinder it does not happen often but can happen.

I was going to try and help you myself if you had J17 heads but I do not have any J16 heads in stock...Call Blinders 800 # and they will take care of you. Did you buy them new? If so and they are only 3 months old your warranty should still be good.

You will still have warranty. Call Blinder in the AM and they will help you. They are great at customer service issues.
